All payments and account details are handled in accordance with international e-commerce laws by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay by card through PayPal's Guest Checkout. You may choose from the following payment options for secure checkout:
- Visa / Delta / Electron
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- American Express
- Free shipping worldwide on some of the items, free shipping in the UK on all items.
- For international destinations it will be calculated at the checkout depending on where you live. You can see the added amount at the checkout before you pay.
- Kindly note that there might be additional customs duties applied depending on your country’s policies, and those import costs are the buyer’s responsibility. However original artworks are usually not taxed, and all my artworks (prints included) are shipped as originals.
- Orders will be sent out within 3-7 business days, though if you need to get your order earlier, please get in touch at: email@example.com and I'll do my best to send it out quicker for you.
- After your order has been dispatched, the transit time depends on the destination, deliveries to the EU and USA typically arrive within 4-8 working days.
- All deliveries are trackable, I’ll email you the tracking number after it's shipped. Your order will be shipped by RoyalMail or a courier service (DPD, DHL, UPS) depending where it goes. In case it’s shipped by Royal Mail, it will be delivered by the national postal service of your country.
Damaged and lost items
- In the unlikely event of an artwork arriving damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and if the damage is irreversible or the artwork cannot be replaced you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. You may be required to send some photos to prove the damage.
- All orders are having a tracking number which will be emailed to you after shipping. In case your parcel got lost, please contact me within 3 weeks from the day it was dispatched.
- All unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.
- If you are not happy with your order, I accept a return with a full refund of the purchase price.
- To return an item, please let me know about your decision by contacting me at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. After that I will provide you with more information about how to return the item.·
- Please make sure to save the original packaging and pack it similarly as it was sent to you.
- Kindly note that all returning costs(shipping fees) are the buyer's responsibility. I will, however, reimburse the original delivery cost.
- Commissions and custom-made items are non-refundable.
Receiving a refund
- Once the goods have been returned and inspected, I will issue a refund to the same payment account that was used at checkout. If a returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the refundable amount.
