"Heroes behind closed doors" - The project is rooted in the contemplation of the isolating dimensions intrinsic to life's challenges. It encapsulates an exploration of solitude, whether stemming from the absence or intricacies of social interactions. It represents a personal reflection on the resilience and unspoken battles that unfold away from public gaze, evolving into a study of the silent heroism embedded in the private realms of individuals navigating life's complexities, particularly through the lens of mental health.

There's a beautiful quote by R M Rilke who explains how one should keep on going in difficult times:

"I want to beg you, as much as I can, dear sir, to be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them.. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer." (R M Rilke - Letters to a young poet)
